Cucumber smoothie / Shoshar paniyo

Try this Cucumber smoothie in summer. It not too sweet and is a nice blend of vegetables, fruit.

Ingredients: Apple: 1 ,chopped.
Carrot: 1 peeled and chopped
Cucumber: 1/2 peeled and chopped.

Method:
Blend all ingredients.Mix small amount of water.Then blend again until smooth.Pour into glasses and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. You can use ice cube if u like.
